1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using YoApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.
- Posting illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
- Using the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the service.
- Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent activities.
4. Wallet & Coin System
YoApp provides a digital wallet and coin system. Coins can be earned, transferred, and converted according to our policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials. YoApp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
5. AI Assistant Usage
Our AI assistant is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or biased. YoApp is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI suggestions.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YoApp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
