Refund Policy

1. Wallet Transactions
YoApp wallet transactions, including transfers to other users and bill payments (airtime, data, electricity, etc.), are generally final and non-refundable once processed.
If a transaction fails but your wallet is debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24-48 hours. If the reversal does not happen, please contact our support team.
2. Coin Purchases
Coins purchased through the app are digital goods and are non-refundable once they have been added to your account. We recommend only purchasing the amount of coins you intend to use.
3. Virtual Gifts
Virtual gifts sent to creators during live streams or via moments are considered a direct interaction between users and are strictly non-refundable. Once a gift is sent, the corresponding coins are transferred to the recipient's balance.
4. Dispute Process
If you believe there has been an error with a transaction or unauthorized activity on your account:
- Immediate report the issue via the "Help" section in the app.
- Provide the transaction ID, date, and amount.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
